Returning goods to us…
If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please ensure you return it in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please email us at returns@silverbirchjewellery.co.uk or complete the form on the Contact Us page so we can provide you with a returns authorisation number which you need to quote on your returns slip.
We strongly recommend that you return goods to us by either Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit..

All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults for 1 year, (your statutory rights are not affected).
In the unlikely event that your product does develop a manufacturing fault the item will only be replaced/refunded once our quality control department has examined and identified it as being faulty.
We will only refund return postage costs if the item is found to be faulty.
