When will my order be sent?
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of payment. If for any reason there is a problem with payment or your chosen item is out of stock then you will be informed.
We will contact you by email as soon as your order has been despatched, providing you with your tracking number and estimated time of arrival, so you will know exactly when to expect it.
How will my order be sent?
If the total cost of your order is under £50 then it will be sent to you by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.
If the total purchase price is over £50 then we will send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will reach you by 1pm on the following working day and will also require a signature upon delivery.
